윈도우10 업데이트에 문제가 있어서 삭제했어요.
윈도우10 이나 윈도우 서버군 제품에서 시스템 먹통 현상, 부팅 및 설치 문제가 있어요. 마이크로소프트 측에서는 몇가지 문제점이 발견되어 뒤늦은 해당 업데이트를 제거하라는 권고사항을 공지했다고 합니다. 공식적으로 이야기한 내용이니 괜히 먹통이 돼서 데이터 날리기 전에 예방으로 삭제했어요.
제거방법 1.
윈도우10 경우 PC 설정 → 업데이트 및 보안 → 업데이트 기록 보기 → 업데이트 제거
Security Update for Windows 10 Version 1909 for x64-based Systems KB4524244 제거
제거방법 2.
제어판 → 프로그램 및 기능 → 설치된 업데이트 보기 → KB4524244 삭제
제거방법 3.
명령 프롬프트(관리자 권한) → wusa /uninstall /KB:4524244 /norestart 입력
이렇게 제거를 해주시고 재부팅하시면 됩니다.

Microsoft pulled the standalone KB4524244 security update today, February 15, 2020, from Windows Update after confirming user reports about freezes, boot problems, and installation issues since it was released on February 11.

문제없이 사용하고 있긴 하지만 저는 지웠습니다.
일단 먹통이 된 분도 많고 미리 예방차원에서 삭제!!
